I am a REALTOR®, with the local Phoenix, Arizona and national associations (PAR, AAR, NAR). I have invested extensively in personal development, training and education over the years. I am ePro Certified, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), ECOBroker Certified, REO Specialist and Certified Foreclosure Specialist. I also am a member of the eMarketing Association.  My Real Estate experience dates back to 1988 working for a Commercial, Residential and Agricultural Real Estate Company. Also served as a consultant to ensure Quality Assurance accreditation for Real Estate. I am also 6 Sigma trained and certified.

Worked for over 15 Years for fortune 100 corporations driving procurement and asset acquisition strategies for services and high value assets, high risk assets including REAL ESTATE. Typical contract values from $1M-750MM dollars. My last position held, was as a Director, Strategy, Global Real Estate & Purchasing Services.  Responsible for strategy in over 45 countries.

I am an advanced level negotiator, negotiating contracts of value from $1-750M dollars or less. Trained through being a professional Buyer and Market Sourcing Expert. I have been trained at many negotiation schools all over the world including the "Karrass School", The London Commercial Seminar Group.   

I have a degree in Business Administration from England and have been in business management for over 15 years.  I have started this company with one commitment, and that is "Excellence through Innovation, Integrity and Quality".
